Design Engineer

 We’re Hiring: Design Engineer – Solar & Power Products (Mechanical) | EnerTech UPS Pvt. Ltd.

EnerTech UPS Pvt. Ltd., a leading Indian manufacturer of Solar Hybrid Inverters, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and IGBT-based Power Products, is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with strong CAD skills to support our product development and innovation efforts.

Position: 05 (Male Only)
Location: Pirangut, Pune
Qualification: B.E. – Mechanical
Experience: 1–3 Years
Department: Design & Development (Mechanical)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: As per industry standards and experience

 Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify 2D/3D designs of mechanical enclosures and components for solar inverters, battery cabinets, and UPS systems.
• Design and develop sheet metal, powder-coated cabinets, chassis, and mechanical layouts.
• Collaborate with the electrical, production, and procurement teams for design feasibility and cost optimization.
• Prepare detailed drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and product documentation for manufacturing.
• Ensure product designs meet quality, safety, and thermal management standards.
• Participate in prototype development and new product launches.
• Maintain proper version control and drawing records.

 Required Skill Set:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and CATIA—Must (Sheet Metals).
• Knowledge of mechanical design for electronics packaging.
• Understanding of sheet metal fabrication, ventilation, and thermal layout.
• Familiarity with solar inverter and battery product form-factors preferred.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and strong visualization skills.
