 We’re Hiring: Wireman / Electrical–Mechanical Assembler | EnerTech UPS Pvt. Ltd.

EnerTech UPS Pvt. Ltd., a trusted name in Solar Hybrid Inverters,  UPS systems, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), is looking for skilled Wiremen & Assemblers with experience in solar and power electronics products.

• Position: 15 (Male Only)
• Location: Pirangut, Pune
• Experience: 5–7 Years (Preferred in Solar, Inverter & UPS Industry)
•  Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical
• Department: Production & Assembly
• Salary: As per skills and industry standards

 Key Responsibilities:

• Wiring of solar hybrid inverters, online UPS, and control panels.
• Assembly and integration of electrical and mechanical components.
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and assembly drawings.
• Performing QC checks on assembled units.
• Supporting testing and troubleshooting in coordination with the QC team.
• Ensuring safety and cleanliness at the workstation.

 Skills & Requirements:

• Knowledge of power electronics, electrical wiring, and cable termination.
• Ability to read and follow electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Experience in control panel wiring and basic mechanical assembly.
• Familiarity with solar and UPS systems is mandatory.
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and team coordination.
