Purchase +PPC officer

Job Responsibilities

• PPC + Cost Control
• Purchase of all mechanical items
• Costing of all ratings based on accounts figures
• Drawings coordination with design team
• Visit cabinet manufacturers and finalize costing
• Ensure targeted dates are achieved
• Reduce BOM cost based on weekly margins
• Create new vendors for mechanical items
• Handle ISO activities for Purchase
• Manage Lean Audit activities
• Ensure final inspection dates are achieved
• Handle Purchase Requisitions (PR) based on MRP and production plan
• Monitor and control inventory / stock effectively
• Ensure optimum utilization and reuse of stock
• Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives with suppliers
• Prepare and manage production planning based on material availability
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth material flow and production
• Actively participate in ISO-related activities and compliance

Requirements

• Any Graduate
• Experience in Purchase
• Knowledge of MRP / ERP Systems
• Strong coordination & negotiation skills
• Good communication skills
