Configuration

1. Single Float Cum Boost Charger
 

This is a special type of low cost charger for the low voltage range. Only one converter is used. In floating mode, it connects directly to the charging bus and simultaneously floats the battery to meet the DC load at a constant voltage. In boost mode, the battery will be charged at a constant current rate. The load will be connected by a controlled dripper so that it is not affected by the charging (charging) voltage. In this system, simultaneous floating and impulse charging can be done with a single converter.

2. Float Charger + Float Cum Boost Charger
 

The system consists of two converters for Float loader and Float cum Boost. The main function of a floating charger is to provide a connected DC charge and to simultaneously charge the floating battery bank to keep it in a fully charged state so that it can charge the charge during a power failure or a power problem. input power supply. The function of the Float charger is to quickly charge the battery after a heavy discharge and return it to full capacity in the shortest possible time and to charge the charge if the Float charger fails.

3. Dual Float Cum Boost Charger- Single Battery -Single load

 

The floating charger is connected directly to the charging bus and the Boost charger is connected to the battery. The floating charger will provide a continuous load at a constant voltage. The Boost charger will quickly charge (increase) the discharged battery at constant current as needed. A DC (DC) contactor is connected between the battery and the charging bus. It will connect the battery to charging when charging is complete or the float charger is damaged or the AC power source is damaged. The take-up time (200-500ms) of the DC contactor may interrupt the charge. The connected cell blocking diode (CD) provides at least 80% of the battery voltage during this time.
