👷♂️ Position: 15 (Male Only)
📍 Location: Pirangut, Pune
📅 Experience: 5–7 Years (Preferred in Solar, Inverter & UPS Industry)
🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical
💼 Department: Production & Assembly
💰 Salary: As per skills and industry standards
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Wiring of solar hybrid inverters, online UPS, and control panels.
- Assembly and integration of electrical and mechanical components.
- Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and assembly drawings.
- Performing QC checks on assembled units.
- Supporting testing and troubleshooting in coordination with the QC team.
- Ensuring safety and cleanliness at the workstation.
✅ Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of power electronics, electrical wiring, and cable termination.
- Ability to read and follow electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Experience in control panel wiring and basic mechanical assembly.
- Familiarity with solar and UPS systems is mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, discipline, and team coordination.
