👤 Position: Recruitment Specialist – 05 (Female Only).
📅 Experience: 1–3 Years (NON-IT recruitment consultancy experience is preferred).
🎓 Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resource Management/Business Administration.
🗣️ Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
💰 Salary: As per Industry Standards & Experience.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
📌 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and job descriptions.
📌 Employee Engagement
- Organize engagement activities, team-building sessions, and internal communication.
- Conduct employee surveys, grievance handling, and feedback sessions.
📌 Training and Development
- Induction programs for new joiners.
- Organize soft skills training (time management, teamwork).
- Conduct wellness sessions (yoga, stress management, mental health).
- Coordinate leadership and behavioral training for team leads.
- Encourage knowledge-sharing and cross-functional learning.
- Collect training feedback and track effectiveness.

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and HRMS tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
